Brian Kelley is a family law attorney focusing his practice on divorce and custody modification litigation.

Brian has assisted clients with:

  • All aspects of family law cases, including equitable division of property, business valuation, family support, and custody issues

  • Drafting and reviewing pre- and post-nuptial agreements

  • Orders of Protection

  • Family law appeals

  • Adult Adoption

Brian grew up in central Phoenix and graduated from Brophy College Prep in 2001. After a six-year enlistment in the U. S. Army as an airborne infantryman and non-commissioned officer, Brian completed his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University in 2014. He received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU in 2017. Brian also assists with the representation of Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) Local Boards, including defending appeals.
