Sander Johnsen
Sander received his J.D. from ASU's Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2024. He assists multi-employer and public employee benefit plans in multiple states in the 9th and 10th Circuits. This includes drafting and amending trust agreements and plan documents, negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers, and advising on compliance with state and federal laws, including ERISA, IRC, Taft-Hartley, HIPAA, and the ACA/SECURE 2.0. Additionally, Sander assists benefit plan clients with collections efforts at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages.
